247 Freshwater Way is a fabulously updated historic building in the equally fabulous Milwaukee neighborhood of Walker's Point. I had two prime directives for the lobby and lounge wall graphics: They had to reflect their surroundings, and had to match the cool factor of the the neighborhood and the newly redesigned interior.

​I clamored around on a lot of rooftops and railroad bridges to capture the vitality of the neighborhood, and threw in a helicopter shoot for good measure.
