I shot a LOT of bridges in and around Milwaukee for BridgeWalk. Sometimes from alarmingly precarious perches, but totally worth it. I developed a palette for the layered images to complement the color and materials palette already in place for the project.

The original project brief was for 50 canvases, but the client and I were so happy with the collection that we ended up with 56 canvases and 3 murals. A few of the images rank among my all-time favorites, and one of them is now a wall graphic in our studio. It's a freight train coming right at me behind my desk—which is in a train car.
